Eravikulam National Park

Eravikulam National Park is located at a drive of 45 minutes from the City Centre of Munnar and is situated at the top of Western Ghats. Spread around a land range of 97 kilometers, and which offers the majestic view of hills with tea plantations, mass flowering of Neelakurinji flowers, and sanctuary of the Nilgiri Tahr.

The rare flora and fauna present in the park also attract visitors. Official vehicles take people on trips where you can experience the biodiversity of a high elevation shola-grassland system. You can view rare terrestrial and epiphytic orchids and beautiful wild balsams along with the Nilgiri Langur, leopards and the Indian Bison as well.
